Exhibition Stands and Sponsorship

Gaeloideachas are delighted to announce our annual conference Tionól Forbartha Gaeloideachas i bpáirt le COGG 2025 will be held in the Rochestown Park Hotel on Friday 21 November 2025.

As always, Exhibitors and Sponsors will form an important part of our conference. It is a great opportunity to display your organisation’s services and products to principals, teachers, researchers and other members of the Gaeltacht and Irish-medium schools’ sector. Usually there are around 400 participants at the Tionól.

This year, we have space for 40 exhibitors, as well as a range of sponsorship opportunities. The stands will be in the Kiltegan Suite. Tea and coffee will be served in the exhibition room during morning and evening breaks, and the delegates’ lunch will also be served there. Delegates will be encouraged to visit the stands during morning registration, tea/coffee breaks and at lunchbreak.

Please read the terms and conditions below before applying. Exhibition stands and sponsorship opportunities, which are limited, will be allocated on a first-come-first served basis. You can apply by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. You are very welcome to apply for both an exhibition stand and to sponsor the event should you wish to do so. A discount of €100 will be given on the cost of an exhibition stand to any organisation that chooses to sponsor another conference activity as well.

Travel and accommodation

The Rochestown Park Hotel is situated in Cork, click here for directions. 

Accommodation is always in great demand for the conference, and we strongly advise to book as soon as possible. The Rochestown Park is offering a special rate to conference attendees up until 24th October (depending on rooms still being available) and can only be booked by calling the hotel on +353 21 489 0800. Exhibition Stands - €350

Cost: €350 (discounted rate of €250 for voluntary/non-profit organisations)

A discount of €100 will be given on the cost of an exhibition stand to any organisation that chooses to sponsor another conference activity as well.

The fee includes:

  • A 6′ x 1.5′ size table, 2 chairs and room for two standard-size pull-up banners
  • Admittance to all conference workshops
  • Lunch, tea and coffee (lunch will be served to exhibitors before the delegates’ lunchtime)
  • Wi-fi
  • Inclusion in the online conference programme

N.B. Exhibitors are responsible for bringing all material required for their stand. The hotel advises exhibitors to bring extension leads.

The exhibition hours will be 8.30 – 16.30 on Friday 21 November 2025.

The exhibition stand may be set up between 18.00-20.00 Thursday 20 November or between 7.30-8.30 Friday 21 November.

The exhibition stands must be cleared from the Kiltegan Suite by 16.30 on Friday 21 November.

Tea and coffee will be served in the exhibition spaces during morning and evening breaks. Delegates will be encouraged to visit the stands during morning registration, tea/coffee breaks and during the lunch break.

Should it happen that you cannot attend the conference, you may cancel your exhibition stand by emailing eolas@gaeloideachas.ie by 14 November 2025. You cannot cancel over the phone. Gaeloideachas will refund your fee in full if you cancel in writing by 14 November 2025. The exhibition stand will be offered to another organisation on the waiting list. If you cancel after the 14 November, you will not be refunded.

Gaeloideachas retains the right to amend the conference programme as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

Sponsorship opportunities

Sponsor a Tea & Coffee Break - €500

Cost: €500

This sponsorship opportunity is limited to three sponsors.

  • The sponsor will be mentioned in the online conference programme.
  • Notices with the sponsor’s logo will be placed on the tea and coffee tables.
  • The sponsor’s leaflets/brochures will be placed on the tea and coffee tables.
  • The sponsor’s pop-up banner will be placed in the rooms where tea and coffee are being served.
  • The sponsor’s logo will be included in a slideshow displayed on screens within the hotel.
  • A note of thanks to the sponsor will be posted on social media.

Sponsor the Conference Lunch - €1,000

Cost: €1,000

This sponsorship opportunity is exclusive to one sponsor.

  • The sponsor will be mentioned in the online conference programme.
  • Notices or leaflets/brochures from the sponsor will be placed on tables.
  • The sponsor’s pop-up banner will be placed in the room.
  • The sponsor’s logo will be included in a slideshow displayed on screens within the hotel.
  • A note of thanks to the sponsor will be posted on social media.

Sponsor the Wine Reception - €500

Cost: €500

This sponsorship opportunity is exclusive to one sponsor.

  • The sponsor will be mentioned in the online conference programme.
  • The sponsor will be thanked by the MC during the dinner.
  • Notices with the sponsor’s logo will be placed on the tables.
  • The sponsor’s pop-up banner will be placed in the room.
  • The sponsor’s logo will be included in a slideshow which will be displayed on screens around the hotel.
  • A note of thanks to the sponsor will be posted on social media.

Sponsor the Dinner Menu - €400

Cost: €400

This sponsorship opportunity is exclusive to one sponsor.

  • The sponsor will be mentioned in the online conference programme.
  • The sponsor’s logo will be on the dinner menus.
  • The sponsor’s pop-up banner will be placed in the room.
  • The sponsor’s logo will be included in a slideshow which will be displayed on screens around the hotel.
  • A note of thanks to the sponsor will be posted on social media.

Sponsor a Table at the Dinner - €300

Cost: €300

This sponsorship opportunity is limited to ten sponsors.

  • The sponsor’s logo will be visible on the table.
  • The sponsor will be thanked during the dinner or at the beginning of the entertainment.
  • A note of thanks to the sponsor will be posted on social media.

NB. Neither conference tickets nor dinner tickets for the sponsor are included with this option – this is an option to sponsor a table for delegates or guests. Sponsors are very welcome to attend the event by purchasing tickets on the Gaeloideachas website.

Sponsor Event Recordings - €1,000

Cost: €1,000

This sponsorship opportunity is exclusive to one sponsor.

  • Some workshops taking place during the conference will be recorded. The sponsor’s name and logo will be included in all videos.
  • The videos will be uploaded to the Gaeloideachas YouTube channel after the conference. They will be shared on the Gaeloideachas website and on social media. The sponsor’s name will be mentioned in the video description on YouTube and in any publicity relating to the videos.
  • The sponsor’s logo will be included in a slideshow that will be displayed on screens around the hotel.
  • A note of thanks to the sponsor will be posted on social media.
