SEEKING: Parents with children in Gaelscoileanna who are speaking Irish at home.
A chairde,
My name is Aisling Nic Fhionnghaile and I am a studying for the Masters of Education in Irish-Medium and Gaeltacht Schools. I am currently undertaking applied research entitled
‘What are the best practices that are being implemented in Junior Infants in Gaelscoileanna to improve the language skills of pupils who have a high standard of Irish?’
The main objective of this study is to accumulate a collection of best practices to guide immersion teachers in improving the language competency of pupils who have a high standard of Irish.
I want to gather opinions and experiences of parents who are speaking Irish to their child at home. This questionnaire should take about 7 minutes to complete.
A link to the questionnaire can be found here or at https://forms.office.com/e/
You can contact me to discuss any aspect of the research at 21249334@micstudent.mic.ul.
Thank you for participating.
Míle buíochas,
Aisling Nic Fhionnghaile
