Now that the holidays are almost upon us it is nice to give puzzle and colouring based activities to the children. We in Gaeloideachas have designed two booklets for this summer, one more suitable for younger children and the second one more suitable for those in higher level classes.

There are eight pages in the Leabhrán Dathúcháin an tSamhraidh, which is designed to be printed as an A5 booklet using A4 sheets, while there are 12 pages in the Leabhrán Gníomhaíochtaí an tSamhraidh. Among the activities in the latter booklet there are two crossword puzzles and the answers to the clues are available here below; and yes, of course, a missing síneadh fada is a spelling mistake.
